A fairly standard hotel experience

The front counter staff WAS so nice and professional. They were really nice too help us out! The food at the restaurant WAS delicious. Our server Sidi WAS adorable and ever so nice and accommodating.
The bed moved every time I switched side and couldn't be in a sitting position on the bed because it rolled away from the wall. I couldn't take a coffee in the room because the tray and the coffee holder hadn't seen to have been cleaned for a while.

I appreciated the size of my room. It was quite spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, including fresh pancakes. The staff members were friendly and helpful . I found the hotel's location convenient for accessing the airport.
The shuttle bus to the airport only runs every 45 minutes. This information should be communicated at check-in to help guests plan their departure.
